Week 1 — two conversations and a scan
We talk through where things are stuck and I look at your systems and numbers. Together it takes a few hours of your time.
Week 2 — the analysis and the report
I work it out and we walk through it together, so you know exactly what it means.
Then you decide. If you want me to build it, you know exactly what and why. If you'd rather take it on yourself, that's fine too — the report is yours.
We focus on what pays off
Anything that doesn't save money, I'll advise against — even if it's technically possible. You get a real report, even if you don't work with me afterward. And we build on the software you already use, so there's nothing new to learn.

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You don't need to know a thing. You just notice the work gets done.
What if I don't want to build anything after the diagnosis?
Then you have the report and can do whatever you want with it — take it on yourself, bring in someone else, or set it aside. The report is yours.
How soon can we get started?
Usually within a week of the first conversation. The diagnosis itself takes two weeks.
